LG split AC
No cooling

I own a LG Split AC model LSA3FS3VTYA1. My complaints are listed below :
1) No cooling observed on 14th May. Complaint was raised and LG's service people reported leakage of gas as refilled the machine on 15th May.
2) Again the same problem was observed on 5th June. Complaint was raised (RNA110515033988) ; LG's personnel visited on 6th June and reported problem of Gas leakage. He could not fix the problem and told that his superiors would visit my premises. Upon constant followup, the service people reported on 7th June and took the machine to their workshop.
3) On 11th June they came and installed the machine and told that the problem was fixed.
4) I regret that again on yesterday night (12th June), I observed no cooling effect of the machine. I had no alternative other than to report LG's customer care once again (RNA110612091491).
It has now become a harrasment for me and to bear the soaring heat of Kolkata and to take leave and wait for your service personnels to come. I wonder whether LG's service providers are enough competent or they are more interested in their personal calls rather than attending the complaint seriously.
