Delays in settlement of claim

I have submitted all the documents related to the claim for Mobile phone loss. I will wait for a week to get the response/settlement of claim failing which I will approach the Consumer Forum for redressal. All complainants, please do not worry about any tactics by the Broker/Insurance Company in settling the claim. In addition to your claim, you can even claim compensation for the delay, harassment and mental agony caused by the Broker/Insurance company through the Consumer courts.

In addition to filing case with consumer forum, you can also complaint against the Broker/Insurance Company to the Insurance Ombudsman at the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority.
