I purchase one LG washing machine from authorised dealer (Mass marketinig, Asansol on 22/05. But from the date of purchase the machine is defective and i have lodge complain for several times in the call center of LG. The service engineer comes from the service centre inform me he has not identified the defect. So i asked the Mass Marketing for replace this machine but they refuge tn do so.
