Refusing to give service within warranty period

Printer not switching ON. On contacting to authorized service center INGROW, Wilson Garden, Bangalore. Phone 30283092/93/94. asked to bring the printer to the service center. After taking to the service center, they are telling we don't have service engineer, so, you look for someone elsewhere. Purchased the printer on 19 May. bill no:0905. Sl.no: CN01GB54BQ. Printer is within warranty period. Now I am facing this sort of worst behavior by the HEWLETT PACKARD. Kindly let me know whom to approach to sort out this problem.
