I have Purchased Almonard 15 Lt. Geyser from M/S ZEX Electrical Bill No.2687 dated 16th., Dec. Product Details S.No.756. We have Instant Geyser also and mostly we are using this geyser only because I and my wife are staying. If my Son or Daughter are coming then they are using that Geyser which is in Mater Room Bath Room.

In the month of July we came to know that it is having Leakage Problem after lodging Complaint Almonard Technician visited on 17th., July. Leakage Problem was not solved. After continuous follow up they have changed the geyser On 30th., Sep.2010

Again Leakage problem started, again they have changed the Geyser and again Leakage Problem. When I complain to them they refused to visit, After continuous follow up with them they have visited 2month back. As we are not using Almonard geyser I have removed the Plug and Close the tap, In coming water supply to Geyser.

when Almonard Technician visited and checked Leakage was not there. When we started using that Geyser with in a 3 or 4 days again Leakage started.

I am asking to M/S Zex Electrical to replace this Geyser with other Brand.

I am fed up with Almonard Geyser.

Please help me I am 69 years old and retired. I and my wife are staying only

Note:- It is very danger Electric wire connected with Therma set and green light indicator leakage from Green light also.
