This is in regards to this so called electronics shop which is actually a refurbished store selling at over M.R.P. Their Finance company are themselves and the rate of interest is relatively very high than the renowned electronics shop such as Cams Corner and others. We had a relationship with this organization over 15 years and all we got in this one and half decade was pain and run around. My father had purchased numerous electronic appliances from this shop such as 2 television sets which got defective within and after their warranty periods, a Sony camcorder which did not work like a Sony, a V.C.R. which never worked properly in the first place. Apparently, we purchased similar electronic appliances from other shops which worked well and were at a much lower rate when compared. We had a word with Mr. Vishwanath Jaiswal who is the one-third owner of this shop and sits in his section with his antique but refurbished collection on the first floor after you climb the hollow-wooded staircase inside the shop. Thank God that it did not fall as of now due to the refrigerators walling it. We were told that a Samsung television set (Ultra slim) would come at a cost of Rs. 9000/- but when purchased in cash, it would come around Rs. 7500/-. The discount, however, would not be applicable if purchased in EMIs (with a down payment of first 4 months). When reconfirmed, ‘Then and There’, the Mr. Jaiswal stated that there would be more cost to it. Ironically, the cost was of Feb. he even set a proposal before us that if purchased on a condition of a down payment of Rs. 4000/- cash and the remaining Rs. 3500/- by cheque (post dated 15 days), it would be fine and agreeable for him. Upon agreeing to his set terms, he immediately got up from his chair and walked off, completely overlooking his customer service discipline. Lack of courtesy and respect lost him a valuable customer. However, with this regard I request all the readers to kindly not purchase appliances from this shop even in your wildest of dreams.
