Cata Chimmney - After Sales Service of Amit Associates (Dehradun) is WORST

Hi,

I have purchased a CATA chimmney from AMIT Associates - Dehrdun - Uttaranchal 3 years back. Last month on 4th June 10 it got burnt (the filter and the outer body). The repair person came and took the parts and said will come back in 3-4 days after repairing and changing the parts that needed.

It is almost a month and we have regurlarly called the repair person every 3rd day and visited the shop of AMIT ASSOCIATES 3-4 times, every time gets a answer " WILL BE DONE IN 2 DAYS". Till now no response has been recieved.

It has been the worst AFTER SALES SERVICE of any product I have received, I hope this complaint will be taken into consideration and looked into the matter.
