Inverter giving repeated problems

Dear Sir,

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I Ashish Joshi am a customer of Amrex Enterprises Ltd, For an Inverter EPS 900 Galaxy serial no: PRP9E07E04484 Purchased on 01/04 from Vikas Engineering Corporation, Kashipur.

I have been facing issue with my inverter since October and it stopped charging the battery, I showed the battery to the battery company but the engineer insisted that the battery is faulty,

I got the battery changed bearing a replacement cost of Rs 2500/- and still the problem was same. Since then I have got 5 kits replaced within a span of 3 months and the inverter is again given same issues, Yesterday itself one kit is replaced and within 24 hourstheesteemed quality inverter is showing errors and not coming on mains. Im being given variuos illogical reasons for the problem where i have got the complete wiring of my house checked bearing another cost. AI even offered to extend my warranty with the company provided they can fix the issue as the complete kit has been replaced more than 4 times within 3 months.

I would request you to look into this issue.
