Replacing default items

I purchased spy pen from Anand sky shop on april. Upto now they replaced 5 spy pens but all are not working well. sixth time also I sent the product but till now they do not have any response. They are selling defected items, they are cheating customers, so my suggestions to other customers is not to purchase any items from Anand sky shop. Anand sky shop is Defaulter company. so I am requesting state Government of Maharastra take severe action against Anand Sky shopping, Please I am requesting Customer not to purchase any items from this "420" Anand sky shop centre. and dont waste your Money.
