Injustice of iPad

Dear Sir

I have had terrible service regarding my Apple IPAD

In the first instance my iPad had a defective LCD Screen which would be eligible for replacement

The apple service provider had informed me that I would get a brand new iPad,

But they provided me with a refurbished IPad (That is made up of old components)

When I complained to apple India they failed to do anything about the issue and after repeated calling they said that they would provide me with my original iPad.

The service centre (rahul Commerce, pune) nor apple followed up with me nor gave me any correspondence and after 2 weeks they informed me that my original IPad wouldn't be returned.

Thus both the promises they had given were not fulfilled and I was stuck up with a used iPad for which I had originally paid Rs 40, 000
