SELLING OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE MOBILE

Hello sir

i was purchase micromax 560x cube at 26/07.but battery backup is very poor from date of purchase .then i complained to my shopkeeper about my problems .he said to me that charge your mobile properly for 2-3days.but problems not solved. then he said to go our service center at prince communication at lalbag lucknow .then i was given my at service center on date 10/08&job order was 9123 .service center return my mobile on date 18/08at 6:00pm and said your problems is solved now .but problem still remains.now i think that it was manufacturing defects .so i request to replace my mobile . because your not solved my problem during 8days .thanking you
