Fraud seller - Tapan Barman

I am Punit Solanki from Bangalore. I am 23 years old and staying in New Bel Road. Last week, I ordered a Apple Iphone4 in eBay.in from seller name "Tapan Barman" and paid the money for it through Deposit cash in his State bank of india account. The seller has not sent the item still now and his mobile phone is out of reach. The cost of the item is Rs.30, 000. His id in eBay is "zahid2580", he has one more fraud id " fortunedrive". As like me, I know other 3 guys (1 from Chennai & 2 from Mumbai) who got the same problem for the amount of Rs.30, 000 each.
