I bought a I-Phone 3GS bearing IMEI No. 012265002310055 (replaced by Apple) from M/s. IT Logistics. 3 LGF, Pandit Jeet Ram Market, M.G. Road, Sector 17, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana) vide their Bill No. ITL-11/424 dtd. 28.07.2010 for Rs. 34, 500/- I am amazed and hurt that apple is taking so long to send a refund of the product which has proved faulty.

I am again requesting Apple India pvt ltd. to kindly Expedite the refund.
