Apple - ipod shuffle
Unresponsive headset

I purchased Apple ipod shuffle from Chroma (TATA electronics shop). 2 weeks since i boight this product, it has been malfunctioning (headset has become unresponsive and operates erratically) and had was turned down by Chroma, when approached with the complaint. I had checked the apple website and understand this complaint is prevalent with many customers. Looking for justice from either the manufacturer (Apple) or the sales outlet (Chroma-TATA company) for having sold such a inferior quality product, for a high price and having prior knowledge of this complaint from various counsumer base in different countries.
