I have a Micromax Q50 mobile with IMEI no. 9105490002314529/910549002722523. I have given the same handset for repair to

Care Point Service Center,

Shop No. 105, Naya Bazar, Subhash Market,

but the service center is not giving me proper feedback about the handset and for the last four days the concerned person is not peeking up the phone and not opening his shop also now please suggest me what to do as soon as possible.
