I purchase nestle milks for my kids from my nearby grocery store i live in west Bengal kolkata, from a store called MORE i generally purchase in large quantity for the whole month together, however the store has given me puffed packet of milk which i noticed while using the pack, the store refused to replace the same.

I have trusted the brand as the best for my children however now it seems that i should think of changing my brand.

Hope to get response asap.
