Not treating consumers properly

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is S. Balaji. I am staying triplicane. Nea by home. Balaji Mil store is there. When i went there and ask for curd, he treated me in a wrong manner. Likewise when my dad went there and ask for a milk product and ask the rate for it. But he says that very bad and wrong tone "that is already written in the product can you read. Then my dad says that i cant read it properly. so please tell me. Then he repled as why came go learn and come.

Likewise one incident was happen. He beat an old lady.

When my dad enquired about him near the stores. they said he is rowdy. so dont ask any questins to hi, He always misbehave with every one.

If he acting likethis why he is having shop. Most of them are affected. But no one is not will to tke step because they are afraid about hi,

So please take a immediate action. You cross check him. Act like a ordinary man and please check him
