Due to Non Delievery of Gas from 21 days

We have not recieved our Gas from Savita Gas Service situated at meerut because of the marriage season at this time and i had booked Gas for refiling on 31-Jan-10 but till today (21-Feb-10) after 21 days we have not recieved any cylinder and the counter person behaved so rudely please also ensure that the Gas will be booked after 25 days of delievery and after 20 days it will be delivered. this is the system of this operator. Please help us and forward this to any Sr. Officer for Bharat Gas.
