Delay in supply of refill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked for a refill of Bharat Gas cylinder with its agency in Doddaballapur - Manjunatha Gas Agency, on 8-2. Even after 15 days the agency has not supplied the refill so far.

Each and every month we have to face similar problem. Whenever we check

with the agency they say there is shortage of supply. They give us supply of a cylinder once in 45 days. With no other cooking fuel back up, how can a family of 5 manage for 45 days?

As the demand is more, the Bharat Gas company should either increase the

supply or it should appoint another agency to deal with the demand. It should impose curbs on those who sell their supply to others to make a kill. Hope you will take note of all these and arrange for smooth supply of refill cylinders, in future.
