Delivery of LPG is Always Late

Hi This is Sukhbir Chand Jain. I have been using the service of Bharat Gas for 1 Year. I am taking the service from the Pratap Jyoti, B-27, Pkt-00, Sec-1, Rohini.but i always got the delivery in 15 to 20 days. Every time they said we have no booking for you and when i visited to the office they put my booking on argent and only after that they delivered the LPG.I Have made the complaint on the customer care also but they also said that your complaint status is still panding. I am not getting any satisfactory result. Please take any action from your side
