Not received my gas within 20 days

Respected Sir,

I booked my gas cylinder by Meera Gas Service, Panchsheel garh road meerut. On 24-07 against my consumer number 11772 dispite my repeated vigits agency, gas cylinder in my house has not been received till 10-08. Sir I have no gas last 6 days to prepare my food.

Sutaible action may bee taken & and inform me, may be taken against agency..
