Cheating with price

I had made purchases at Big Bazaar, Milan Mall on 06/12 for Rs. 1577.75. When checked with the bill I found that I was billed very much in excess of the offer price. I have tried calling you but nobody answers the phone. Kindly give me alternate numbers to report my complaint.
