Very bad/durty water in the packing

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a 200ml water cup packing from the market some of the cups i have used. but bychance i have see the in few cup the durty water. i have doing the complaint on 19/6 in coustmercare no.9915715230 but nobody give me the any response after that i have doing the another complant to custmer care on 22/6 than they have give me a number of Mr. Sahil m.n. 9315473155. today the 23/6 mr. sohil meet me & Told me that nothing is doing the company regarding this case. Please do the a naccessery action against the company.
