Overcharging than MRP

Dear madam/ Sir,

this is the incident of 28 may at jaipur bus stand (deluxe, platform 1). I purchased "minute maid lemon fresh" from a shop which is the biggest one on platform 1 and it also keeps novels and magazines. Mrp was rs.17 and I was charged rs 20. And when I objected I was told " lena hai to lo warna rehne do".

This is really a shameful incident in which people are charged more than the maximum retail price.

Please do something to punish these type of retailers.
