There is a college BRCM CET situated at Bahal, Bhiwani Haryana. In this clg there is a canteen under sushil kedia and he have a monopoly here. He alwaz looted students aas if we go and ask for recharge of 50 rs. he alwaz take 52 rs i.e. 2 rs extra against govt. laws and he is also using plastic cups and plastic matireal to sale things
