Cadbury And BigCity Promotions
Bogus Offer To Increase Sale (50% Off on Cinema Ticket - Bournville)

I purchased 2 Cadbury Bournville Pack a month back. Along with the pack I received a Discount Voucher "Upto 50% Off on your cinema ticket". To avail the offer one is required to send an SMS with the voucher no to 09246356765. The SMS to this number are chargeable. I sent two messages from my mobile with the voucher code to the above number (on 28 March). No response/reply.

On 28 March I sent email to feedback@bigcity.in, Consumer. Service. Cell@ap.csplc.com but no reply to that as well.

On 30 March I again sent an email asking if this is a fake offer or real to feedback@bigcity.in, Consumer. Service. Cell@ap.csplc.com... as expected no response.

I do not know how authentic BigCity Promotions are but I did not expect Cadbury to promote their products with fake offers.
