The Complaint is against the purchase of rassgolla purchased on dated 4th March at 16hrs vide tras-no 044 from spring avenue which smell badly after opening the tin at Home, next day it was brought to the notice by me & my wife to the Store manager Mr Abijit Patole even other customer present their also agreed to our opinion that the rassogula is not good for Health it may cause food poison we asked for the replacement of the same to finish the issue their reply is they dont give replacement to food products and gave the option to complain the FDI-Thane Office, what action FDI havee to take they are will handle it.

pls look in this matter & do the Needful other vise I am going to take neccessary action
