Filter are not fixed properly to the sigrette

I have bought 20 pacs. of CHARMS SIGRETTES Manufactured by M/S VST INDUSTRIES Ltd. Azamabad Hydrabad-500 020. All the 20 pacs. contains sigrettes not fixed to the filter. they come out on the first pressure. I have gone through lot of vexations. all I need is a simple apology from the company and an assurance that such mistakes will not be done in future.

It pains me immensely to complaint against a company who's product I am using for the past 40 Years.
