I ordered a pizza at the store and when I opened the pizza at home, there was a very long hair in a slice. It wasn't even on the crust, but was deep inside the dough. I called the store to complain and the lady manager did not even say a 'sorry'. She said she'll send me a new pizza and didn't even bother to ask my address. She sent it to the place I had last ordered the pizza from and when I told them that wasn't my address (but of course, a hospital cannot be my address) she tells me, they cannot send it to my house. That manager 'Nisha' was rude enough to tell me that it wasn't her fault and was polite in no way, which we do expect as customers. I am highly disappointed in dominos now and I wonder is this the way you people maintain an international chain in India?
