Non payment of PF amount

Sir,

I was employed by Cleanfoods India Ltd., II Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, as Group Manager -Quality Assurance from May to July. I left their services in July due to personal reasons with proper notice period and getting no due certificate from them.

They were deducting Rs. 3000 per month as my contribution to PF account. They did not give any PF number or PF account statement.

I am not on any job since I left their services and I am in need of funds to run the house. I have expressed this to them and requested them. I have sent no of emails, letters, sms, phone calls but of no use. They repeatedly say that they are going to remit the PF amount to the department. They still do not give me my PF account no.

I tried to contact personally Mr. Murali Krishna, CMD for this, but he does not answer my calls.

I would be very much obliged if you could help me to get my PF balance.
