Tobacco packet in thumps up

I purchased a bottle of THUMPS UP (300 ml.) on 5th Aug. It contained a tobacco packet in it and is yet to be opened by me. I send a notice to the Coca Cola Company, Gurgaon and carbon copies to the manufacturer and the concerned shopkeeper on 3rd Mar. I got a call from the company asking me to provide them the bottle. I denied and then they asked me that can our executive (inspection officer) check the bottle? I agreed. On 19th Mar, 5 people from Coca cola came to me and asked for the bottle. I showed the same but did not allow them to touch it as i had a fear that they can break the bottle. But constantly they tried to snatch the bottle away from me. They said that you can do nothing, its a very big company and its better that you negotiate with us. I said that i am not doing this for monetary purposes and i'll go to the consumer court. After hearing this, one of them got angry and lifted a chair, abused me and tried to beat me and snatch the bottle but i did not hand over the bottle to them. After this, i said okay i am ready to negotiate but i'll talk to you people day after tomorrow only as i have some urgent work. After much request, they let me go but threatened me that they will ruin me and my career, if i do not provide them with the bottle. They also said that we are gundas, this is our daily work and you cannot cross this road, if you took enmity with us. Now the bottle is safe with me and i am thinking of filing a case in consumer court and also want to file a FIR for my protection.

I request you to please guide me that what should i do in this matter so that they cannot do this again. I'll be highly obliged to you.
