Adulteration in the bottle

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had purchsed 12 bottles of thumbs up a week back, out of which one bottle has a plastic wrapper. The bottle is intact n untoched. Being such a big company worldwide such mistakes are not acceptable

Besides the hygenic point of view..consuming such a drink could lead us to hazardous illness. Initially i was suppose to report the same to the media but as a resposible citizen of India i think its important to bring this issue to ur knowledge first. Honestly speaking i loooked up to the brand... but u guys have let me down.

You need to understand that Big ads and words dont work, you need to work it out right.

I would want to know what action you would take against this irresponsiblilty and how wud you compensate for the same.
