Duplication of product

I went to a restaurant on Monday and ordered 2 bottles of thums up. One of the bottle had very blurred labelling and the logo was different. It was not the latest logo of red colored thumb and blue linings. We checked the mfg.date and it was same on both bottles 03/01/10.yet both bottles had remarkable differences

1.the labeling was very blurred on one of them

2.the symbol was different altogether

so i asked the owner if the other bottle was duplicate.

he started behaving arrogantly and said that they get the carat of bottles directly from the company.

please inform the company as it might relate to serious crime and health of the general public
