Cockroach in Chicken Biryani

Today i.e August 1st i visited to Plantain Leaf, New Thippasandra, Bangalore. I ordered for 1 plate of Hyderbadi dum Biryani. I was speaking to my family and eating. Suddenly I found cockroach in the Biryani. I called up manager and showed him. He just said 'sorry ". Is this the reply only he can give? People get fever, typoid and viral disease because of this kind of food served to us.

I request to take immediate action on this, save people from eating this kind of rotten food., I have taken snapshot as well. More evidence can be found by the hotel CCTV footage.

I hope necessary is taken
