Offender's Address - Colaba Dairy, Near Colaba Fire Station, Off Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Colaba, Mumbai - 400005
The dairy is charging Re. 1 more than the printed MRP on each 1 lite pack of milk from Mother Dairy & Amul. He says this is his commission even when one buys right from his counter. Home delivery charges is understood which is above MRP but if someone buys from the counter it should be illegal to sell any product above MRP.
The proprietor has given a bill to me for selling 1 litre of Mother Daily milk MRP Rs.25 at Rs.26.
Plz advise the course of action for the same.
