COLONEL'S RESORT & RETREAT
Poor Hospitality, Owner dont know how to talk to customers, full attitute... etc

Dear All,

We went to COLONEL'S RESORT & RETREAT in Bir village, Near Baijnath, Kangra District H.P.

Before going there, we had a word with Owner name Ret. Col. Jaipal (I think so) that we are three famililies coming to your place and we dont want food from your side as he is giving us package containing food and rooms. The reason behind was that we dont want buffet system as we will be bound of time and mite be food will also not on our taste. He agreed on phone and he told your can order food as per your requirement.

When we reached the place, we order tea... the staff there denied as they said there is no room service.

We had a word with owner... he said thats my rule... if u want you can stay or leave... we awere shocked completely... dat how one can be so stubborn... after he said oki... u can...

Then in evening we are having our dinner we ordered snacks and after that food.

Next day in morning... when we were going to check out from his place... we asked for bill... n we were again shocked as in the bill there were room charges, food charges and buffet charges as well... and again we called the owner and he said... you have to pay the full amount...

and he started misbehaving... He reached to gunda-gardi type of thing... we paid full amount and we left from there...

So, i must tell you all... we you are going to staion named Bir and Billing (very famous for paragliding site.)

Dont go to this place...

From my side its pathetic in terms of room service as you will not get water if you are thirsty in mid-nite...
