Poor Quality

I had ordered Masal Dosa at Kolkata Railway station outlet.

I shocked to taste it as it was not cooked completely, worst to that Taste was worst.

There is no santitation at wash basin. I don't hv words how staff put hand in unhygenic condition n wt same serve the food.

There is no way to place complaint.

Incident date : 1 July

Time: 10:30 Am approx.

Still on the journey from Kolkata to Mumbai, I placed order for 2 Veg. Thali at Nagpur railway station outlet.

You will have THE TASTLESS FOOD with roti too hard to eat. Salad quality is the worst.

Time : 20: 50 Approx.

Can any one will take care of these complaint? Or suggest way to get satisfactory responce along with permanant coplaint resolution.
