Misleading advertisement in TV Media

We are seeing daily in TV Media by encouraging customers to buy Complan by claiming that scientific research has shown that children taking Complan grow in height two times faster (6 cm per year by Complan consuming children as compared to 3 cm per year by others). It is believed that there is no truth in their claim and the advertisement is misleading. If their claim is right, they should submit their findings to third party scrutiny otherwise the company should be refrained from advertising in a misleading way.
