Bad service

I would like let you know how disappointed i m with the service i got, I had placed and order at around 7:12 PM -28th October, I waited till 8 o'clock and when i called the store at 8 the answering person to whom when i inquired why its being delayed and said i have ordered number of times before and have received it sooner, his exact words where " Even if you order or dont order anymore i will not receive the pizza in under 30 minutes. I m very disappointed in the service. I had some friends over my home who are from other parts of India who also where very much disappointed if this is how things are being done to customers here. More over it took 1 whole hour to receive my order.
