Inappropriate behaviour of Dominos Staff

Hi,

The Dominos Pizza Centre Mgr Avinash Sawant reachable in Mobile Number :9969637197 claim customers take undue advantage. Being in the service industry, the manager of the centre (Gokhuldam) does not have ethics to talk to the customer and they are not bother in future if I dont place an order.

I received an message from Dominos, there will be an return gift for customers . 20% off on Pizza bill. Min Bill Rs 3.50 without coupon code and validity till 7 th of Aug. I called to place my order, the call was redirected to the Manager of the centre, when i explained about the discount, he passed the comment circastically I cannot provide the discount to all the customer, since at times customer take undue advantage. Morever the discount amount is 100, which i have never asked in earlier orders, since i regularly order from this centre. The manager was very rude and kept on arguing, and also hanged over the phone. Dominos this was not expected from you all...

This was an sad expirence, I would like to take an strict action against it because it impacting Dominos image in the market. Last not but least in the service industry Customer is always right, however this Manager has forgotten this, very shameful.
