Poor service

I had to place an order for pizza home delivery. Initially i called to their number they connected me to himayat nagar branch, i provided with my address.they failed to take my order stating my place did not come under their coverage region.they gave me their secundrabad branch number.

when i called there, the response was same.they also said that they cannot reach us by 30min so they cant take the order. when i suggested i will pay even if he failed to deliver in 30 min, he made me wait for 15 min on phone and still said no to take the order.

I was very disappointed to see the way a reputed company like dominos, handled the customers this way.
