Late delivery and customer satisfaction

Iam anjali singh, placed an order from dominos (mohali 3b2) at 9 p.m to phase 7, the order was deliverd at my place at 10 pm that too without sizzlings and with in no tym i called them back for sizzlings they told within 5 min they vl deliver after lot of calls they delivered us at 11 30 and the pizza was

not in a condition to eat after 3 hrs and they too told that tey vl deliver one garlic and coke to us but nothing... very bad... disgusting...
