WORST CUSTOMER HANDLING BY DOMINOS

I am writing this at the utter most frustration and WORST behaviour towards customers by DOMINOS.

We ordered 4 Pizzas & Pasta from one of your branch in Uttam Nagar :

Uttam Nagar West Metro Station, New Delhi

in the name of my sister Aakanksha Sharma (B81, Mansaram Park, Uttam Nagar, ND), we placed our order at 8:20 p.m & your delivery person din't showed up till 9:10, then I called up to your branch at Uttam Nagar. Then finaly the guy showed up at 9:35 p.m, as per your own "SO CALLED ADVERTISEMENT THAT 30 MINs. or FREE..." I refused to pay, as it was more than an hour, not even close to 30 mins., the delivery person refused to give it for free, he made a call to his supperior & he talked to me, & that conversation was not at all formal (the way he was supposed to talk to a CONSUMER...) he also refused to deliver it free, finally I had to return the delivery & the person took back the delivery.

I was very very disappointed with this type of customer handling done by your people, it was not the matter of money, but about your prestige that these people of yours have no respect to, & now I myself also HATE dominos, & promise you that I'll never ever order from Dominos, & also make sure that all people around me (my colleagues, friends, relatives) do the same as me.

I am writting this just to show you, what you & your people do with consumers, how they treat them.
