Now a days Every where shop keepers r demanding Extra money...

If u take any Ice cream like cornato & if its printed price is 27Rs they demand 30Rs.

& whenever we go to drink any soft drink they charged 2-3 Rs Extra on that & if we reject then they also reject to sell that thing to us...(I JUST WANT TO KNOW IS IT LEGAL THAT THEY DEMAND 2-3 Rs MORE ON MRP.) PLZ DO SUGGEST...
