COMPLAINT AGAINST FIXED PRICE SHOP VENDOR SHOP NO 5527

Respected Sir,

My self Anita sharma holder of ration card no AAY55270158 making a complaint against Fixed price shop vendor Ms Kishan Singh having Shop no 5527 at J-34 Jahangir puri Delhi 110033 for these following Problems

1. Opening of shop only one time at 11 am to 1 pm (monday closed)

2. talking behavior is very bad

3. Not providing ration since Five months from June

4. Give us threat to cancel the ration card

5. Always gave ration (earlier May) in short Quantity like 20 kg wheat insist of 25 kg wheat and 5 kg rice insist of 10 kg rice
