Selling for more price than M.R.P

As i found while traveling from Bangalore to Krishnagiri the government buses were stopping at one point for a break that is not even an interior rural area or its not a reserved forest but still the shops which was there were selling the food products on above the M.R.P rate the poor people or illiterates were affecting so much to bring into the government notice i humbly request the concern person to take necessary action. also the bus drivers and conductors are taking any thing in free of cost so that they are stopping the bus over there.
