Un healthy food supply

Hi, i am john living in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Past one two months i am noticing a food stall located in Mayur Vihar 1, which licensed by MCD and gave a number also. i found the people working there are really not hygene and they are cleaning the food stuff in the street. They are really Chinese food makers. Intentionally i went there today and had a full plate chicken chowmen and a some noodles and Biriyani as well with my friends. we all suffering from serious stomach upset and having some vomiting temptation. i really dont understand how MCD gave lisence to such an unhealthy food stall. its exactly located near Supreme Enclave, Mayur Vihar 1. and one more land mark near Caffee Coffee Day in mayur vihar 1. Please urgently have a look and take an action.
