We have purchased two bottles of the above mentioned product in Hyderabad. However, one bottle labeled (bar code 8902579103019) 02/02 15:36 HYD B003 Rs14/- found to be completely rotten. Surprisingly the bottle found to be well sealed and a fresh one.
This we offer to my younger kid (aged 5 years) subsequently it was rejected and reported just by having a first sip. Further we have identified the same as rotten one.
Immediately we have asked the shopkeeper to explore the reasons and for investigation. We regret to inform you that there is no proper response from the vendor and he said this is quite common phenomena. Though we didn’t asked for any refund or replacement, we decided to highlight the poor quality aspects of the manufacturer keeping in view of public health..
As the entire drink is totally rotten (the one having very deadly bad smell), we are very serious about the issue and would like to highlight the poor quality checks at your end.
As it is the matter of poison being sold in market we demand a high-level enquiry on this issue.
The is definitely a laps at packing as the bottle seal is was opened by me before offering the drink to my kid.
The bottle is with us and we will are ready to submit the same at appropriate time on need basis.
