Charging extra amount in shops

I have bought the 2 litre Bovonto in a provisional shop which is located in ganapathy nagar, villupuram opp to vinayagar temple. the MRP rate is 57rs but they charged 60rs, i asked the shop owner the loose slim tall guy and his mental wife motta said its the rate if want me take else keep and go, like that the both mentals are charging extra cash for all things in their shop, and they saying this is the charge you go and complaint anywhere nu, somebody have to take necessary action on the both idiotic fellow.
