Cheating customers

Sir,

I am staying at Thiruvanmiyur (chennai) near to my home there is a Retail shop called Ganapathy stores (old name Murugan stores) he is selling products more than its MRP price. Today morning I bought Rs.9 limca cooldring he asked me Rs.10, after long argument I gave Rs.10. He is cheating same as all the products. Kindly take action on him.
